Answer:

Rule: Numbers with curved lines go below the line; numbers with straight lines go above the line.  My  Rule: Since the number 10 contains a straight line number and a curved line number it can go either above or below.

1   4   7 (10)

———————————–

2   3   5   6 8 9 (10)

AUSTIN, TX. April 22, 2015. A flame throwing trombone is seen playing at The University of Texas at Austin. Valentin Guerin a UT music student from France owns the patent to a rather unusual device named The Pryo-Trombone. This trombone is the first and only of its kind capable of throwing fire 26 ft.

On Wednesday Valentin Guerin teamed up with nine members of The UT Trombone Octet to play a musical piece in front of the UT tower. A small crowd gathered followed by multiple multimedia enthusiast. There were no major news teams present with the exception of a photographer from The Daily Texan.

The performance lasted about 1.5 hours with 4-5 takes of this 3 minute performance. After each take the group needed a breath of fresh air and Mr. Guerin revisited the gas to tank to re-pressurize it. After the show Mr. Guerin welcomed spectators to give The Pryo-Trombone a blow.
